Sarah King,听Juris Doctor, University of Miami School of Law; Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations and International Relations), Syracuse University

Ms. King joined TSPC as the Human Rights Program Manager in 2013. The program鈥檚 current focus is research related to Rule of Law and initiatives for the prevention and investigation of allegations of torture in Kyrgyzstan. 听Ms. King is also an Associate Professor in the International and Business Law Department.

Before coming to TSPC, she worked for several years with the Children鈥檚 Law Center in Washington, DC. Ms. King was first a litigator in CLC鈥檚 medical legal partnership, which represented parents on behalf of their children鈥檚 health and education rights.听听 She was later a policy attorney at CLC, advocating for systemic law reform in the District of Columbia. 听听Prior to that Ms. King worked with Odjesk Krivicne Odbrane, on the criminal defense of cases before the War Crimes Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
