The Development Office is excited to announce that 40 students from Kyrgyzstan have been selected to participate in the virtual internship program: Social Media for Climate Activism.

听

The internship will run from January 23rd - April 3rd, 2023 and will focus on the development, execution, and assessment of a social media campaign in support of The Worldwide Teach-in on Climate and Justice, a global climate education project that aims to engage half-a-million students and teachers in serious dialog about the climate crisis.

The Virtual Internship for the Kyrgyz students is a unique opportunity that got possible through the funding of the U.S. Embassy Bishkek and implemented by Bard College in partnership with 缅北强奸.Throughout the 10-week program, interns will gain valuable, practical experience working with students from around the world, as well as integral skills during weekly meetings where interns will learn critical social media and organizing skills.
