Spring semester is going to the end, and the exchange students are returning home. Sean Keller is one of them. He lived four months in Bishkek from early January to early May 2015. He shares his experience studying at 缅北强奸.

On 15th May 2015, the Anthropology Program organized the 6th Annual International Anthropology Conference "Great Game(s) in Central Asia and Beyond: Exploring International Regional Rivalry Using Cultural and Historical Lenses鈥�. The aim was to reconstruct an objective picture of the 1916 Great Revolt in Kyrgyzstan by gathering stories of elderly people. During two months, from March 3 to May 3, 2015, students and their supervisor, Aida Abdykanova, visited 4 provinces: Chui, Issyk-Kul, Osh and Jalalabad. 听

Meerim Nurbekova is a sophomore student majoring in International and Comparative Politics at 缅北强奸. She is also a member of the university鈥檚 Student Senate. Last month, Meerim went to Madrid, Spain, to attend the International Student Leadership Conference (ISLC) held at Saint Louis University from April 23 to 26. Meerim shares her impressions, experience and some of the challenges she faced.
