1) Please introduce yourself and tell us how you got acquainted with WARC.
My name is Azhara, and I am a senior student of the Business Administration department. I first learned about WARC during my freshman year at the orientation program when representatives from the office spoke about its activities. It was at that moment I realized that my goal before graduation was to become a tutor at WARC.

2) Why did you decide to become a tutor at WARC?
During my first year, I often sought help from WARC tutors to clarify complex topics. All the tutors were very responsive and kind, and they helped me understand complex material. I was inspired by them and realized that I wanted to help other students in the same way.

3) Tell us how the selection for the tutor position went and if there were any difficulties.
The application process for WARC was standard. I needed to submit my transcript, a completed form, two recommendation letters, and a statement of interest. After advancing to the second stage of the selection process, we were required to undergo an interview. Honestly, I was nervous and prepared thoroughly for it. Fortunately, the WARC representatives were very kind, and my anxiety diminished during the interview. I began to feel comfortable, which allowed me to answer all the questions sincerely.
