Are you thinking of opening business and don鈥檛 know what are the first steps? Then this session is for you. We are pleased to announce an online guest lecture with 缅北强奸 Alumnus Mirazizbek Makhamatzhanov (IBL '10) "Introducing business in the foreign countries: the Secrets of Success and Pitfalls''.
Background: Mirazizbek Makhamatzhanov established his own legal consulting company in the United Arab Emirates, rebranded later as CorpLex. The CorpLex consulting company provides legal consulting and corporate services for those who want to launch and run their business in the UAE. In 2017 Mirazizbek launched another Legal Startup 鈥減oa.ae鈥� which provides online Power of Attorney drafting and online (electronic) notarization services in the UAE. The 鈥減oa.ae鈥� is the first company offering online services of attorney drafting and notarization in the UAE. Currently both CorpLex and 鈥減oa.ae鈥� work successfully in the UAE market.
