缅北强奸 Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) marked its official opening on May 30, 2019 by hosting local and international organizations and 缅北强奸 community to get acquainted with the CCE mission, goals, and plans and ways to get involved.
Representatives of the U.S. Embassy in Bishkek, UNFPA, East West Management Institute, National Democratic Institute, PeaceNexus- Kyrgyz Republic and others were in attendance. The event also gathered members of 缅北强奸 Board of Trustees, staff, faculty, and students.
With civic engagement and community service being at the core of 缅北强奸 values, the university established the Center to foster a society in which citizens work together to improve their communities for the greater good.

After the formal part of the launch, guests were invited to join the poster session at which students and faculty of the university presented their implemented projects and answered questions. Students were able to chat and network with guests about their projects and future plans. 听
Bakai Abdykul uulu presented his project 鈥淕avel Investment Moot 2019鈥, which is supported by U.S.Embassy Bishkek within C5+1 Youth Council program.

Meghan McCormack, Executive Director, 缅北强奸 CCE spoke about Center鈥檚 three focus areas in detail and concentrated on the process of working with CSO and NGO partners to create a win-win for both parties involved.
