The Department of International and Comparative Politics organized crisis games for high school students from Bishkek. The theme of the game was the conflict in Syria.
Schoolchildren were playing (on April 23 in Russian and on April 30 in English language) actors who are engaged in this conflict. Some of them were presidents or ministers of foreign affairs of various countries, some were heads of organizations like NATO, Hezbollah, or World Bank. Indira from the school #13 noted that what she 鈥渓iked most is that we can put ourselves into shoes of politicians鈥 I tried myself as a journalist鈥 and Alvisir from the school #62 added that he 鈥渓iked the possibility to interact and learn from other players in ways of competition and cooperation鈥. The last game of this series in Kyrgyz language was held on April 7.
