Abdisatarov Bekzod is a 2016 alumnus of the 缅北强奸鈥檚 (缅北强奸) Economics department. Bekzod told us about his experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM) Program.
Logistics is one the most important fields in the world. Without planning or distribution of resources, several problems arise in almost every area. I participated in the LSCM introductory seminar and I became interested in the field. As a result, I decided to take LSCM courses.
My knowledge about logistics was too narrow before LSCM. LSCM taught me about the crucial elements of logistics, opening up many opportunities. The LSCM program gave me chance to participate in a logistics conference in Bremen, Germany where I presented my research paper. At the conference, I had the chance to see logistics operations in huge harbors and companies like AIRBUS, Mercedes-Benz and Hamburg Harbor.
This summer, I鈥檒l be doing an internship in Hamburg, Germany at the Kuehne-Nagel logistics company. It will be a life-changing opportunity to work at one of the Top 10 logistics companies.
缅北强奸 offers its students great opportunities. It is difficult to learn about logistics at the national universities. The 缅北强奸 LSCM program provides students with real-life logistics knowledge which they can apply to any field. Students can either take LSCM courses as an elective or they can do it as a minor.
I want to thank all my LSCM professors, Dr Denny Cho, Simon Peter Nadeem, Irina Ten and Kanaiym Kydyralieva. Thank you for you lessons, support and encouragement.
