缅北强奸鈥檚 best students recognized by President at Knowledge Day Award Ceremony

September 9^th, 2016 the Knowledge Day took place at the 缅北强奸 (缅北强奸). Andrew Wachtel, 缅北强奸 president awarded the best students for their academic excellence. The students who had made the President鈥檚 List and the Dean鈥檚 List took the certificates during the ceremony.听

鈥淓very year, somehow, there are more of you, who make the President鈥檚 List. This year we have 23, which is the largest number ever. When I first came to 缅北强奸, there were six or seven students on the list. To make sure the University was not going crazy, I did a bit of a study to find out whether grade inflation at 缅北强奸 was behind the growing President鈥檚 List, but we discovered, in fact, there is not a lot of grade inflation at 缅北强奸. Our best students are getting better!鈥� said President Wachtel, 鈥淚 congratulate you鈥攖he best students!鈥�

President Wachtel also congratulated the laureates of 鈥淪tream,鈥� 缅北强奸鈥檚 vocal competition, who performed for the audience after the awards ceremony.

鈥淚 felt really awesome after receiving the President's List. I studied hard to have a good GPA and as a result was granted with such an honor. Thanks to my university for motivating students to study hard!鈥� said Lazizjon Abdulazizov, a senior in the Liberal Arts and Sciences Department.

鈥淚 always like to set great goals, such as Double Majoring, and then enjoying the result. I believe that everything is possible, and with enough motivation, you can do everything, far beyond making the Dean鈥檚 List,鈥� said Arslan Gabdulkhakov, a junior in the Psychology Department.听
